Refunds & Returns Policy
Thankyou for shopping with us at www.lashenvybeauty.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help. Ensuring our customers love our products and have an enjoyable experience is our top priority, if there is anything we can do to improve your experience, please contact us at email@example.com. If you would like to make a return, please take a look at our returns policy below. You have 14 days to return your purchase from the day you received your order.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on items simply due to being unwanted or a change of mind. However, in the unlikely event you receive an item damaged or faulty we will of course exchange or refund this for you upon return of the product(s). If you do receive a damaged or faulty product you must notify us within the 14 day period starting from the date you received your order.
Important note; all Lash Envy Beauty false eyelashes have been handmade carefully and with love. Since our lashes are handmade, there may be small differences with each strip lash, however this is minor. This is not a fault but part of the unique lash assignment of individual lashes.
Returning Product(s) & Receiving a Refund:
If your product is eligible to be returned (damaged or faulty) it must be returned in the same condition it was received it. Products that have been used or tampered with cannot be returned. All returns require proof of purchase such as an email receipt.
Once your product(s) have been returned and we have received it, our team will review your request and inspect it. We will send you a confirmation email that your return has been received along with a follow up email once your return as been approved or rejected. If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within two to three working days. Please note that your refund may take up to one to three weeks depending on your method of payment and your bank (some banks may take longer than others to show up in your bank statement). However, in most cases it will show up within a week.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you have not received a refund for an approved return that has been received by us and accepted please check your bank statement or contact your bank as it is most likely due to your bank statement not being completely up to date. Please not that in most cases, once a refund has been sent to you, it may take up to three weeks to show in your bank statement or other method of payment. This is due to different banks having different processing times. If you have done all of this but have still not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do everything we can to resolve the problem.
Any product(s) being returned to us for a refund is the customers sole responsibility to cover all shipping costs, unless otherwise written and to ensure that the products being returned are packaged appropriately. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. Unfortunately, we will not offer a refund for any products that have been returned to us damaged as a result of packaging negligence on behalf of the customer.
If you are returning from outside of the UK, please do not use courier services as there will be excessive clearance fees, we will either charge the fees back to you or refuse the delivery. Your return must clearly state it is ‘Returned Goods’ and the value you of the parcel is ‘zero’ on the parcel and customs form as we will not accept any parcels that incur duty charges.
